My friend and I were in the UK and went to Alton Towers in 2007. For some reason the park was completely dead. It was awesome. We rode Nemesis about three or four times and one time my friend decided to salute on the ride for the on-ride photo. It was funny because, due to the G-Force, he couldn't lower his arm again properly and so pretty much saluted the entire way around the ride. Be ride photo ever.

Alton towers shouldn't had Changed this. They should had kept the ride as this. And they could have added the characters out of these Disney films 1. TOY STORY. AND 2 Disney Encanto. AND DISNEY MONSTER INC OR DISNEY FROZEN

This is a brilliant "dark ride" and it was a great roller coaster ride that's easing me back into riding thrill rides.

I would kill for this to be at universal studios great Britain, looks like one of the best dark rides out there

From launch to finish ( I’m not counting the crawl into the platform) less than a 30 second ride, no loops, no corkscrews…. The only really good thing going for this is the launch….otherwise, bland and short….But thanks for the post 👍🏻😎

Went on it once, and no matter how prepared i was and how much i braced myself for the launch, it still was INSANE! The launch is all i remember about the ride though tbh cos we rode almost all of them in the same day so it was quite forgetful (because i was mainly just trying to recover from the launch) So its nice to see again what actually came after! Id go on it again definitely, the launch is indescribable, it's a must-experience!

If the queue is longer than 10 minutes, don’t bother. Jump on and off the wall 10 steps away for a minute, it’ll feel the same.

I’m going to Alton towers (on the 21st of June 2024) as a school trip ! I’m so nervous. I’m actually so lucky because the last time I went I was not tall enough to ride oblivion or Rita or Smiler but now I can with my friends! 😊😊😊
